Jonathan is a certified personal trainer, a nutrition coach, a natural athlete, a UCLA alumnus, a researcher, an author, and a man of God. He has coached people from a diverse range of backgrounds to transform their lives through movement and nutrition. He seeks to guide people toward transformative shifts in perspective by way of physical refinement. He helps others transform their bodies with comfort and confidence. His goal is to help others feel strong in the face of struggle, worthy of their dreams, and free to pursue their purpose.

Jonathan has helped clients internationally to build the physique of their dreams. Transforming your body is not a mystery process. There are proven ways to do it. The only difficult part is finding what work for YOU. Your body is truly your only physical possession. It should not be a mystery to you.
